TYA has a good track record for grant management received direct from USAID and USAID partners and timely implementation and achieving programmatic results of similar projects. The association has achieved a lot in the social and health behavioral change, community capacity enhancement and many international partners and donors.
To mention some of them: USIAD /PSI in HIV/Aids prevention and care, SC-USA, Pathfinder youth friendly service, USAID supported work sites HIV prevention through USAID ATEP, CRDA supported HIV prevention project with the donor of Irish Aid ,World Bank, GTZ-PBS, UNDP- on Local economic development, ICTTAD-CIDEV capacity building Bureau-on information technology promotion, Action Aid Ethiopia on Human right promotion and capacity building, USAID Ethiopia on environmental entrepreneurship and achieved remarkable results etc. TYA has also received an award from the President of FDRE and its name is mentioned in the region for its contribution in the HIV/AIDS prevention and control areas. At present TYA is a direct recipient of USAID Ethiopia funded environmental entrepreneurship project for five year under cooperative agreement No. AID-663-A-13-00001.

Social accountability Project: Scaling up of the Community Participation in Ensuring Effective, Efficient and Quality Basic Public Service Delivery. The main objective of the project is to Contribute to the empowerment of the community to access quality and equitable basic services delivery in Eight woredas. The main sectors implemented are;
o Sector s of service delivery to work
o Health :
o Education
o Agriculture
o Rural road

 Empower children’s and stakeholders to access essential child social services through children and community involvement at 4 towns and 12 elementary schools in Tigray Region (Alamta ,Adigrate , Shire and Mekelle )
Goal To promote child rights introducing accountability tools and community involvement as an innovative social accountability mechanism, to access the child social services at 12 kebelles and 4 towns of Tigray region
